For Families with 2 or more students the second child/children will receive a 10% discount on their tuition.
Private Lessons: $40 an hour $25 for 1/2 hour. Private lessons must be paid in advance, 1/2 fee refunded if cancelled 24 hours in advance no refund if cancelled later than 24 hours. If rescheduled 24 hours in advance no penalty incurred.
Semi-Private Lessons: $20 per student an hour $12.50 per student for 1/2 hour same payment procedure for semi private as for private.
There is a $20 registration fee for each student due at the time of registration. Families with multiple students each additional student pays $10 registration fee.
Classes missed due to illness may be made up during the school year. No refunds will be made for unattended classes.
Tuition is due the first of each month. Payments received on the first of each month will receive a $10 discount.
All tuition payments must be completed by May 1, 2007. Recital costumes will not be taken home until all tuition and fees are paid.
Students may withdrawal at the end of a month with a letter of notification. Holidays and months with five classes have been taken in to account in the 34 classes guaranteed each season.
There will be a $30 charge for returned checks. Please pay for tuition separately from clothing.
I understand I am paying monthly for a season contract of 34 lessons at a cost of $______________ with a monthly payment of $______________. I understand that tuition is due the first of each month September - May and if I pay on or before the first of the month I will receive a $10 discount on my monthly tuition. I further understand that I may withdraw my student(s) at the end of any month with a letter to the school so stating. I understand that I will be responsible for tuition until such a letter is received.
