Miss Becky studied, danced, taught, and choreographed in Atlanta for 27 years. She danced and studied with Atlanta Civic Ballet (now Atlanta Ballet) and Southern Ballet. Becky was a soloist with Southern Ballet Company. She and her husband Ed danced for several seasons with Theatre Under the Stars, an equity summer stock theatre in Atlanta. Miss Becky was her son Ashley's first ballet instructor at the Sandy Springs School of Ballet where she was assistant artistic director for the school's regional company, Chattahoochee Dance Theatre.

Since moving to Morristown 15 years ago, Miss Becky has been active with the Morristown Theatre Guild appearing in several productions. She has choreographed for WSCC's Sensations and for the drama department's productions of Carousel and Oliver.

Miss Becky is very community minded, serving on the boards of the Theatre Guild, Girls Inc., and the Morristown Downtown Association. She is also a member of the Morristown Chamber of Commerce.

Opening Lakeway School of Ballet and Dance has fulfilled a lifelong dream for Miss Becky.
